First released in 1990, _Sol Vertias Lux_ combines the first Sol Invictus LP "Against the Modern World" along with the live recording "In the Jaws of the Serpent" and additional bonus material.
_Sol Vertias Lux_ is considered by many not only the most defining Sol Invictus release, but also one of the key releases to have helped define the neofolk movement in music.
Out of print for a few years, _Sol Vertias Lux_ always stood as one of the best selling Sol Invictus albums. The new 2006 reissue celebrates nearly 20 years of Sol Invictus, and is freshly remastered by Denis Blackham. It is the first Sol Invictus album to be released at the same time in both North American & European editions.
_Sol Veritas Lux_ is promoted & distributed by Strange Fortune in North America, and in Europe by Dark Vinyl Germany. Release date in North America is late April/early May.
